Place the measuring tape evenly around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms.
Place the measuring tape around your natural waist.
Stand with your feet together, measure around the widest part of your hips.
Measure from the bottom of the neck, over the top of the shoulder and down the outside of the arm, past the elbow and to the wrist. Keep your arm slightly bent.
Stand with your feet together, measure from your crotch all the way down to the floor. Don’t forget to stand as straight as possible. You may need to ask a friend to help you.
